About the Owner

The owner and operator of Encinas Security Protection Service is Theodore Encinas, who is an honorably retired Police Officer.  Mr. Encinas' police service was in various capacities and Police Departments in the Southern California area.  His duties and service included: Police Officer assigned to work as a Buried Undercover Agent for Militant Prison Gang Intelligence, Special Enforcement Detail, Special Weapons and Tactics Team assigned to assist the Secret Service Presidential Protection Team for President Nixon and other such dignitaries, Field Training Officer, Robbery Suppression Detail, Bomb Investigator and Technician, Traffic Accident Investigations, Crime Scene Investigator and other such specialty units.  Mr. Encinas' military service was with the US Army Special Forces, in which he served both, as an Enlisted Man and Commissioned Officer.
